TTS feels like a scam. They charge a booking fee (9.99) for reservations that come with a short booking deadline - then refuse to refund when several teams from our club didn't get in the tournament because it reached capacity. Wait times were long. Customer service was not particularly helpful. Have worked with another housing company, THS, with no fee, no wait times, and helpful agents. Very disappointed in TTS!
