I bought my car in for a 45 minute recall repair. Made an appointment for 9am. I was asked at check in if any further repairs were to be made and I said no. Two hours later, I am still waiting and being told the Tech is going through my filters and doing a multi point t inspection. This was not requested. I informed my advisor I only want recall work done and that is all. And Was advised it has only been 2 hours. I recently visited Team Toyota of Langhorne, Pa. I met Jeffrey Madison, one of the salespersons. I purchased many Toyotas, since 1970. This was my best buying experience. I bought a very nice Highlander, very happy with it. If you are looking for a used or new car I would highly recommend buy it here. Very nice dealership, clean and very well run.
