Team Toyota was the worst experience I have had looking to buy a vehicle. I get there, look at a few vehicles, and nobody comes out to greet me. So I walk inside and ask for a salesperson. They say we will let them know, and one will be here shortly. I wait and look for another 30 minutes, and ask if a sales person will be available soon. They say they are busy with customer. But I see 1 customer. My reply is I can not wait much longer, and I will go to Mazda to look and come back later. So a sales comes out, has no knowledg... read more
Scheduling was confusing and a nightmare. They have my car now and told us the free maintenance on the first year is three different appointments: tire rotation, then an oil change, then a tire rotation. Who needs tire rotations that often and separate from an oil change? What a rip-off. Update: they had my car for three hours and never even rotated the tires. We just took the car to move on with our lives.
Experienced several issues there on most recent basic periodic maintenance. They gave me a hard time about using coupons they sent me in the mail. Then they gave me inspection stickers that had me losing out on 2 months (new stickers expired in 10 mos insteadof 12). They had me come back to correct several days later - couldn't see me sooner. When I did come in for the correction it was supposed to be in and out. Took them over an hour. No attempts to make it right. Going to try another location in the future.
