I recently purchased a Toyota RAV4 from A1 Toyota. The dealership promotes a bottom line, no negotiation pricing model. The vehicle price itself was reasonable, and it’s clear the dealership still earned a profit. Service Department. I am writing to formally escalate an unresolved issue regarding a vehicle I recently purchased from Toyota of Hayward, as I have not received a timely or satisfactory resolution at the dealership level. I purchased a used 2019 Hyundai Tucson from Toyota of Hayward, which included a 90‑day warranty.
