We brokered a file to this company. From the beginning, it was made evident they were not well prepared. Unfortunately the listing agent picked this company so we didn't have a chose. Fast forward, funds were released to title (specifically Molly... the "CEO") Thursday 3/20 via the lender we brokered to. Friday we (including seller/buyer and agents) expected funds to be disbursed. Well after hours we were notified it was a mail away for the seller. Seller docs come in Sunday evening... It's Tuesday and Molly "The CEO" states... read more
Closing agent had all documents together and on time for our requirement. Provided clear instructions, and helped us along the way. Perfect experience!
They have not done the services they are supposed to do I would not recommend this company for anything
