DO NOT USE THIS MAN TO DO YOUR TAXES!!!!!! Very unprofessional, only attends to the files that customers paid in advance instead of waiting when the taxes have been filed and the NOA is ready for pickup. But even after we’ve dropped off our documents and T4s in a timely manner and paid at the same time, our taxes are still yet to be filed. When you call the office you have to deal with his so called receptionist with little to no customer service training. The deadline is here and out taxes still aren’t filed. I live in RICHMONDHILL, I had an appointment today. Booked online. I showed up 7 min late and tried to advised them that I would be late but no one answered the phone. I rang 3 times on the buzzer, emailed and called again. NO ONE ANSWERS. When I drove off I looked up and he was with someone else on my scheduled time!!! Very unprofessional. I used him a couple of years ago and my return was delayed because their secretary failed to Netfile property and the email of tax returns were just sitting there. I can't even begin to describe the traumatizing experience I had in this establishment. After dealing with Andrew for 3 years I went to him to rectify an error made on his part, that has now lead to a 14k debt with CRA. Upset from a previous client, Andrew began swearing, screaming and throwing items in his establishment. Unprofessional doesn't even begin to describe my experience.
