I can't even begin to describe the traumatizing experience I had in this establishment. After dealing with Andrew for 3 years I went to him to rectify an error made on his part, that has now lead to a 14k debt with CRA. Upset from a previous client, Andrew began swearing, screaming and throwing items in his establishment. Unprofessional doesn't even begin to describe my experience. Run. Very unprofessional establishment. Andrew failed to file our taxes properly and in a timely manner out of personal spite. He deliberately dogged my calls and refused to return calls in order delay my taxes until the deadline was missed. I had to go and find another tax professional to file my taxes properly. I dislike leaving bad reviews but this one is a must. Please do not waste your time and money working with an unprofessional establishment. If I could leave negative stars, I would.
Andrew has handled my families taxes (and most of my friends) for about 15yrs now and in these times of high tax and low returns, I don't expect miracles, but I have a tax accountant that makes me feel that he's looking out for me and that I'm somewhat knowledgeable about what's happening & why and that I'm not being taken advantage of. In short, he da best!!!

Had the pleasure a trusting Andrew with a couple of my businesses corporate taxes as well as my personal and he was extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. Highly recommended, I’ll be back next year for sure!!
