I signed up for the 30 for 30 deal and that was a great decision. I enjoy the different workouts that we have. It is very challenging and the group sessions push you to do your best. I will be signing up monthly.

When I first signed my son up with Team Sirus to help him train for the upcoming baseball season, I did not know what to expect. Now, 18 months later, he is still going strong and loves the place. He has seen first-hand how the training translates to into better performance on the field. Learning how to workout the right way from guys who know what they are doing also gives me piece of mind that he is not going to get hurt while working out. I wish I had access to this type of training when I was his age.

When I started over 100 days ago, I had no idea I was getting ready to be welcomed into a community of such hard working, kind and caring people ! This is a family atmosphere and everyone supports and motivates each other. The owners and instructors have been very helpful and work with you to achieve your goals.
