Team Silva is excellent to deal with. They are a team that makes things happen. They deal with all the problems behind the scenes and do not bother you with the small stuff. They also give great advice. If it were not for them we would of never got into our dream retirement home. We will not use anyone else for our real estate needs. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a determined, driven successful team.

This was a really great experience working with Team Silva. While I know they had so many other clients they were helping , I always felt like a priority.
