Team Silva is excellent to deal with. They are a team that makes things happen. They deal with all the problems behind the scenes and do not bother you with the small stuff. They also give great advice. If it were not for them we would of never got into our dream retirement home. We will not use anyone else for our real estate needs. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a determined, driven successful team.
This was a really great experience working with Team Silva. While I know they had so many other clients they were helping , I always felt like a priority. It was a sensitive sell bc it was my father's home 😔. Nicole and her team made me feel important. They explained everything to me very clearly and kept me up to date on every step. Nikki and Armando were fantastic. Nikki answered all of our questions, no matter how small. She was able to get us into our new home below asking and out of our current home for more than what we expected. She's efficient and works very hard to make her clients happy!
