Re: 4140 Dolphin Dr. Tampa 33617 Went to see the the unit for rent couple of months ago and couldn’t get into the development w/ the gate code they provided. Furthermore, I asked Ronnie about if community had laundry facilities and I was advised he’ll get back w/ me which he never did and the unit badly dated along w/ disgusting stench. Now, it’s listed again advertising the unit has been remodeled. Has it?
