I visited Fry's to exchange my Blue Rhino propane tank. While I was waiting, I took a seat in a chair located by the entrance of the Fry's store. A member of the security team approached me and was very courteous. However, I couldn't help but notice how unkempt and shabby his uniform appeared, as well as that of his colleague who was also part of the security team. I encountered the worst customer service at this location they treated me unfair . The people there are majority white and they made it known that they don't want African Americans working for there security team. If your of color please do not go to this security firm . I'm also going to be contacting the eeoc so they can do a further investigation on this company.
