I have great working relationship with Emily. In the past I had many predecessors before her but she is the best pro! Encountering any hard questions from our clients, she always handles the issues that professionally with her smile. Highly recommended!
I've owned my unit in the Colony Surf 15 months. In the first 8 months, I went through 3 different property managers! They all talked a good game, but in reality, their services ranged from inconsistent to atrocious! They seem to have taken advantage of my being an absentee owner. I was even thinking of selling! Suffice it to say I've had zero problems since Emily took over. She always responds promptly and thoroughly, I've had a high occupancy rate and my costs have been reasonable. Couldn't ask for more!
