I would have given no stars but it wouldn’t let me post. Franci was absolutely negligent. She advised me to go at my highest price but didn’t give any comparable or tell me that townhouses were 75% rented. I am now sitting in a house that is nowhere near the price I paid. I cant afford to do anything or really do anything as I won’t make my money back. But she made a huge profit on the sale of my house and the purchase of this property.
