I`m giving Team Roberts 1 stars hoping the workshop is more honest than the salesman Paul. I should`ve read the Trust Pilot reviews first, the reviews on here were mostly positive back in July. I agreed with Paul I will pay the asking price of £3700 for my 2010 Tiger 1050 if they do a major service as the service history had been lost, I wanted the workshop to bill the sales team to prove the work had been done in case in a years time I wanted to sell the bike it has some service history. We Purchased a 2011 Thunderbird from Team Roberts. What can we say,from the moment we walked in to the showroom to paying for the bike the service we recieved was second to none. Paul the salesman has been brilliant. We wouldn't hesitate to send anyone to purchase a bike from these guys. Absolutely brilliant
Good experience getting my Triumph serviced here, very helpful and friendly
Go somewhere else. It's as simple as that. They had my bike for 7.5 weeks, zero communication about what was happening and even where it was at one point. Lied to me several times, fobbed me off and I was just given excuse after excuse. Appalling customer service.
Helpful staff that got me sorted with the right part and although it has to be ordered in and informed that it could take a few days to receive it in site, it was here within 2 days. Excellent staff and excellent service, what more could you ask for? Heartily recommended
