Signed up for a drop in to see if this would be a good fit, to be honest I’ve never done CrossFit and wasn’t sure if I would like it. The staff and people in the class were so nice, friendly and supportive. Much different than a traditional gym where you don’t know anyone. This felt like a community. So excited to have found this place, I recommend anyone remotely interested to come try it and you will be hooked.
Finding Team RepScheme was the best thing I have ever done for my health and fitness. The programming is amazing and the coaches are all so inspiring. These guys have been so supportive of me improving my overall health and wellbeing. I’m the last 9months I have cut out alcohol totally and dropped 16lbs. If you’re looking for a gym that embraces community and encourages you to better yourself in all ways possible, look no further!! Thank you Team RepScheme for all you’ve done for me!!!! Highly recommend 10/10

Teamrepscheme is everyone favorite and happiest place on the earth … if you’re not showing up here you’re missing some big .. One of the best coaches and community of like minded individuals to lift you , motivate you and be with you on your fitness journey every single day at class and outside of the class 24/7 . Lift heavy and live light .. I highly recommend this place
