I came into Team Rehab with a lot of back pain from spinal stenosis. Though it cannot be cured, Gina, Davis, Jake and the Team taught me the right exercises to build up my core and strengthen my upper body. My pain is 10% of what it was and I feel stronger than I have in years and my quality of life has definitely improved. Team Rehab is a very positive environment with knowledgeable people that really care about each patient. I highly recommend Team Rehab for any of your PT needs.
Aging has its difficulties, so team Rehabilitation has been a blessing for both me and my wife, Gail. The Team finds ways to mix traditional rehab with contemporary exercises. They work very well with our insurance and are adept at scheduling around our active senior lifestyle.
I went to John for dry needling. Although I’m sore today, I believe continued treatments will help my neck issue.
