I have been going here for a couple Of weeks now and I knew from the moment I walked in the door I would love it . Unorganized and unprofessional. From the first call it was terrible. I had to give all of my information and then they realized they had the order for my file after wasting my time. It was then established it should be a home visit. My surgery was before a holiday weekend so I got my appointment for the earliest day after. 40 min before the appointment there is no info about what to expect etc. When I called the office they told me it was not a home visit and that they expected me to come in.
