This review does not reflect my experience with the therapists. They were wonderful! Five stars! However in my first visit, the young woman at the desk, looked up my insurance and wrongly told me not only that my insurance was accepted, but that I had X number of FREE sessions per year. I was super excited and I booked a bunch of sessions. On my second visit, they pulled me aside to let me know that there was a mistake and they don’t take my insurance at all. Friendly, caring staff. Looks past the obvious to try new techniques.
Best physical therapy team hands down. The facility is clean and has great scheduling availability with late appointments available. The team members are all friendly and seem to really enjoy what they do. I worked mainly with Cody and he was excellent. Always happy and able to make therapy seem fun, very personable and professional. I never had any long wait times, he always challenged me with different approaches to therapy and was knowledgeable about what part of the body each movement and exercise was for.
