Professional and friendly staff at all levels.
Very professional, courteous and ready to go when appointments are set to begin. The staff listens to your concerns and adjusts the day’s scheduled activities to how you’re feeling or your capabilities that day. Kayla is excellent. She is a credit to the facility.
Need a bigger space and more therapists. Promised alot over the phone and I got referral to another location. The owner operator Promised that they were not going to abandon me because I have Cerebral Palsy and special needs. But that's exactly what she did. After evaluation was completed and I was told that there no availability for me and didn't get a chance to get on the had cycle 🙃
Olivia and the rest of the staff were incredible. Extremely knowledgeable and very prescriptive in why they are doing what they are doing. Would recommend anyone I know needing help to go see Olivia and team.
