Update: so I was finally able to be seen and they have righted the wrong. The staff is friendly and the therapist is great. She is really knowledgeable and knows her stuff. Literally wasted my time. I was five minute late and they cancelled my appointment. When I asked what was the grace period the lady at the desk couldn’t answer and stated the therapist had left for the day. When I asked what was the grace period the lady at the desk couldn’t answer and stated the therapist had left for the day. Instead stated you have to be here before your appointment. On the phone BEFORE my appointment the lady stated I only had to arrive early if I was unable to complete the intake paperwork.
I recently changed locations from the Midtown Team Rehab office to the College Parks office after 4 -5 months of consistent treatments with the Midtown location. My treatment planned progressively moved from twice a week, to once weekly, then to biweekly and finally to monthly. I took off the month of Dec and attempted to restart monthly maintenance treatment at the College Park location.
