I tried other physical therapy facilities in the Gainesville area, only to find that customers were just a number. I refer to them as “factories.” Why, because you have each therapist handling multiple people at the same time, while I was standing there, waiting for their next instruction. The staff is friendly and encouraging, from the P.T. doc assigned to me,Katelyn Simon, to the interns, and the receptionist Sarah. The "Team" approach works well. I appreciate their flexiblity in rescheduling me when needed. The other PT docs were good too, as I had a chance to work with both Zac and Ian. The therapy focused on my goals and tailored exercises to increase my range of motion. I highly recommend Team Rehabilitation!
This was my first physical therapy appointment. Ian Magandy put me at ease. Very knowledgeable, he made my physical therapy appointment over the top. My foot felt better than it has in a long while.
The entire staff was very professional an nice an amazing experience a great listening ear to how I felt I have no complaints I highly recommend
