PT and support staff are all extraordinarily supportive, professional, and responsive! Unlike chains or those facilites connected to large medical institutions, this team makes you feel like you matter and that you are an individual with specific and unique issues. Highly recommend!

I’ve been a patient at Team Rehab Oak Grove on two separate occasions: to treat a lower back injury, and more recently for vestibular rehab to treat BPPV.
