I’ve been doing physical therapy at Team Rehabilitation with Alla since February, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care I’ve received. We started with an evaluation to see what progress could be made before my major surgery—and thanks to her expertise and support, I was in a much better place going into the procedure. I came to team rehab with a small rotator cuff injury and in 3-4 short weeks, Alla was able to help me gain a lot of functional strength using her huge knowledge in exercises and stretches along with hands on myofascial release techniques. Everytime I showed up she had a plan of what we wanted to accomplish during that visit. She also had a great attention to detail making sure we were challenging me but not pushing it too far. I have followed the director of Team Rehab at 512 W Grand in Chicago from his former employment at another physical therapy facility because he is the best physical therapist I ever saw. In addition as director, his hiring choices are superior. Their interns are always the best (this includes interns chosen by the director's hire, Eric).
