I can't say enough about the therapists, techs, and PT student interns at Team Rehab Decatur. I sustained a pretty bad calf muscle strain in February 2026 after a bad wipeout while skiing. The folks at Team looked closely at my injury and my unique issues and came up with a solid plan to get me back to my activity level prior to the accident. Very friendly clinic and staff. Always willing to help with rescheduling or questions. Therapist are awesome and very knowledgeable!
This place is ATTROCIOUS. I needed to cancel and move an appointment, but: They do not ever pick up the phone Their voicemail box is full SO YOU CANNOT LEAVE A VOICEMAIL They do not give you a real email to contact them I had to spend 20 minutes calling over and over again to try to cancel AND THEY NEVER ONCE PICKED UP. The only way to cancel was to visit in person. This is utterly unacceptable for customer service.
