Mike is my therapist. He is undoubtedly the best! I am 100% better than when I started. Everyone else in the office is super. They care about you and how you are doing. I am sorry my time is over
I have been attending for weeks, requested not to receive care from a tech as he was rough and for personal reasons (which I have a right as a patient). was seen by Kristen P.T and other techs without a problem when I received a call to my home stating I was no longer welcome," services were cancelled. The PT service provided by the staff was as good as any other PT service. BUT, I was somehow lead to believe they were in my medical network. I recall being told I would be charged $25.00 per visit. After two visits my bill was almost $1,100.00. My out of pocket was $190.00. I feel they should have told me upfront that they were not in my network. Very disappointing and very unprofessional. amazing staff, very friendly and caring, I felt right at home and taken care of, highly recommended if you have any needs regarding physical therapy, shoutout to Christina for her passion and going above and beyond to ensure I got what I needed.
I want to let the world know about Dr, Sam the Great spell caster that brought back my husband to me when I thought all hope was lost. Horrible place. Rude and disrespectful physical therapists, helpers and administrators. Only one of the helpers actually had worked in a hospital and he cared about his person he was assigned to helping them. He was the only one that showed any empathy. The other helpers mainly cleaned and ignored their person who was recovering from an injury! The PT spent 15-20 min. with me then went on to the next client. Getting immediate positive results from the therapy on my frozen shoulder injury evidenced by my last four golf scores of 84, 79, 73 and 72! Scott Behring is a miracle worker in my mind. Entire staff is very engaging and competent.
The Team at this location is the best. They are always pleasant and professional. My Physical Therapist, Chis is absolutely awesome at his job. I would highly recommend this location
