I trained for a summer with Team Randori and had an exceptional experience. The coaches were incredibly welcoming and supportive of all skill levels, while still providing challenging and high-quality instruction. Most importantly, they’ve built a fantastic community with a strong, positive culture where everyone wants to see each other improve. Also - they have clean mats. I highly recommend Team Randori to anyone looking to train BJJ.
Thank you Professor Al and Professor Gi! Both welcomed us with open arms while we visited friends for a week this past summer. Not only did they allow my 12 yo daughter to train with her friends all week, but they sat in her corner at a competition and were available for a helpful post competition private session. I’ve trained at Team Randori in Annapolis on several occasions over the years, and whenever I find myself back in the DC/Annapolis area, I make it a point to get over there and train. There’s a reason I keep coming back. Professor Al is top notch. What stands out to me isn’t simply his knowledge of Jiu-Jitsu, but how effectively he communicates it. My time at the Randori Academy was unforgettable. My skill level has increased because of the structure and teaching methods of both professors. If I were to recommend one place in Annapolis for BJJ it would be this Randori Academy.
We have had a wonderful experience at Randori Martial Arts. My son, who is now a senior in high school, has been training here for about a year, and he truly enjoys every class. The instructors are professional, patient, and very engaging with their students.
