I started at team queen about 8 months ago having never tried kickboxing/Muay Thai before and instantly fell in love! It’s a club full of some incredibly skilled and dedicated fighters but is nevertheless so incredibly welcoming to beginners and there is a wealth of knowledge to be shared. An absolutely amazing Muay Thai / K1 gym with such a fantastic community. Christina is so lovely and patient, and really takes the time to support you based on your goals. 1-1s with Christina massively improved my technique!
