Waited 6 hours for an oil change. Scheduled an oil change two weeks prior for first thing in the morning. I was pleasantly surprised they were open and checking me in half hour before opening. However, 4 hours later tried to get a status. The advisor went to check and apparently the mechanic was "in the restroom or something but the oils drained". They are suppose to come pick it up service it for 6 times or 3yrs and no waiting.
