Ana Marti is great. Prompt and knowledgeable, please recognize for a job well done. In 2024 I had ACL reconstruction surgery and needed a device. Marti has done a great job in coordinating between my Dr. and workers comp in my getting and holding onto the device's needed for a quicker recovery.
They’re very kind. They also have shown to be prompt at giving me a fair heads up towards updates for my equipment or if a date or renewal has changed. The particular device that I have form them is good piece of equipment (ice machine for my left leg). So far I’m happy with the services of this company.
I cannot praise this company enough. Big shout out to Keenan! Not only was he professional but very caring, from beginning to end he made sure my Uncle’s machine was not only approved for him but approved for him to keep it longer. I can’t thank you enough for making this a smooth experience and Kennan Thank you for for all your help.
