DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! If I could rate them negative stars I would. Our management company hired this company and our pool has barely been able to be used because it is consistently green from the technician not adding chemicals, testing, or cleaning the pool properly. When we call for it to be remedied, it is always "We will try to get someone out to fix it". On top of that, they try to say that the tech is doing what he should be. I strongly recommending avoiding this company. They are totally unprofessional and left my pool unattended for 3 straight weeks. Their incompetence is even harder to tolerate when combined with their horrible attitude. Trust me, you will regret entrusting your pool to them.

I called Team Pool Service to do a pool inspection on the house that I was buying. A guy named Jose came and did a great job, but after a few days, I was trying to contact them to fix the issues that they described me in the inspection and, no one would take care of it. I have called more than 3 times asking for a heater Technician to come a look at my heater but, no one is available or no one want to get the job done. Worst pool cleaning service. I had to call them every week to remind to come clean my pool. Pool was never fully clean and the techs even damaged my equipment due to them not properly cleaning the filter correctly. I would not recommend this pool service company to anyone.
