You don’t hear stories like this anymore and I can assure you that it is 100% true. My mother-in-law called them on my recommendation of them because I’ve had positive experiences with them in the past. They came out to her condo to fix what she thought was a toilet leak. They realized that the leak was actually coming from the shower. The repair was very minor and they didn’t charge her a single penny. Not even a fee to show up.
