Witnessed the company van driving very erratically with a trailer on the back with bikes. Not only were they not using there blinker but tailing people just a couple feet away right on there butts! Like how dangerous is this? What is wrong with you? It's raining, no turn signals, tailing people and driving over the speed limit. I watched them screw with this kid all down 291 untill he turned off. How dare you people!
I have not been to the studio in person, however I had the pleasure of having Angelie as an instructor for a pre-req to a pilates course. She is an absolute wealth of knowledge and her passion for her work shines so bright. I highly recommend her !!
Highly recommended! I was dealing with a bulged disc mid back and a number of other ailments that were related that the chiropractor couldn't seem to fix..... I have been going about once a week to see Angelic for private sessions for the past 3 months and i feel like a different person! The pain has completely gone away and have more movement/flexibility than i have ever had! .... Amazing experience all around!
I had my first Gyrotonic session with Angelie this week and I have never met someone so knowledgeable, caring, and passionate about the human body! She is patient, and takes the time to explain her methods thoroughly. I am excited to continue this work and reap the benefits this technique and her guidance will provide.
This was only the second Pilates class I’ve ever taken and Zane was so patient with his instruction. I felt very comfortable. The small class sizes made it feel like a personal trainer. I’m excited to sign up for more classes!
