I have not been to the studio in person, however I had the pleasure of having Angelie as an instructor for a pre-req to a pilates course. She is an absolute wealth of knowledge and her passion for her work shines so bright. I highly recommend her !!
Highly recommended! I was dealing with a bulged disc mid back and a number of other ailments that were related that the chiropractor couldn't seem to fix..... I have been going about once a week to see Angelic for private sessions for the past 3 months and i feel like a different person! The pain has completely gone away and have more movement/flexibility than i have ever had! .... Amazing experience all around!

She is patient, and takes the time to explain her methods thoroughly. I am excited to continue this work and reap the benefits this technique and her guidance will provide.
