Angelie is incredibly knowledgeable and a superb teacher. Working with her keeps me moving and able to do the physical activities I love.
Angelie has been so amazing at helping me with my neck pain issues , she is very professional and knowledgeable. My mobility is improving and it feels wonderful to be able to move with ease. On top of that she is very kind and fun to take classes from 8)
I had my first Gyrotonic session with Angelie this week and I have never met someone so knowledgeable, caring, and passionate about the human body! She is patient, and takes the time to explain her methods thoroughly. I am excited to continue this work and reap the benefits this technique and her guidance will provide.
Highly recommended! I was dealing with a bulged disc mid back and a number of other ailments that were related that the chiropractor couldn't seem to fix..... I have been going about once a week to see Angelic for private sessions for the past 3 months and i feel like a different person! The pain has completely gone away and have more movement/flexibility than i have ever had! .... Amazing experience all around!
This was only the second Pilates class I’ve ever taken and Zane was so patient with his instruction. I felt very comfortable. The small class sizes made it feel like a personal trainer. I’m excited to sign up for more classes!
