Best service in town. Always greeted with friendly smiles,hellos and offers to help. By far the best place to bank etc. around. Thank you for making it easy and pleasant. (House loan and car loan) This place has gone down hill since the original peps left. Don't feel welcome and not impressed with the interaction from the new employees. Need to rethink your decisions and get your old peps back. I will be closing my accounts and going to a place that respects there people and accounts holders. Update: service has really changed here recently. Idk what it is but today the new lady working seemed irritated at the world. I'm not normally one to tell a women to smile... but isn't that your job in customer service? Team One goes above and beyond when taking care of their members. They have some of the best rates in town and they were willing to meet at the dealership to drop off a check. Best service I've seen in this town when it comes to banking.
We went to traverse city location to pay our bill today, Bridget Moore was an amazing help with getting our bank card.
Can't say enough good things about what a great job Bridget did for us concerning our car loan there are at team one. She went way out of her way to make it happen even communicating with us on her day off. Super polite and professional. They are lucky to have her!
