I had a terrible experience with Team One. I have never been treated with more disrespect and lack of compassion. They took advantage of me when I was in a vulnerable situation and they care far more about money than their members and the community they serve. There are many options for credit unions in Traverse City, so do yourself a favor and don’t bank at Team One. There practices are predatory and close to if not, illegal. They don’t care about people or following the law.
Jeff Harrand and the Team at the Traverse City Team One branch are wonderful to work with. Their professionalism and ability to listen is so refreshing. Superstars right here in our hometown !
