Its not the location its the cerdit union as a hole. Frist they charge you a monthly fee now to have an account they say its for no more atm fees but I still get atm fees!! And its seams every year its harder and harder to get into the lobby as they keep shortening the lobby hours!!! Use to like this cerdit union now i just feel taxed, its not like I get to gain interest on the money I have saved! And I gotta pay to keep my imaginary money with you!
I really enjoy banking with Team One Credit Union they have very excellent employees everyone Is so professional and friendly. They make it easy and fun to bank but one employee stands out she is so kind and friendly and very knowledgeable and that is Tania Becker she has assisted me with problems and issues and made everything happen can’t say enough about her and teamone credit union on McCarty rd they are the best trust me you want to have them as a banking Institution
Worst cu ever its illegal to hold your customers title you guys are absolutely pathetic
Team One on McCarty road has been awesome to me and my family. I feel very comfortable and confident with them. Today I had an issue with hackers and was able to get help from the young man at the counter - he is always pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. I was taken care of quickly and professionally. Thank you all.
