I was a member of Team One for about 10 years and I was definately treated like an outsider at times. They never knew what the other hand was doing and threatened me several times for "not having insurance" when I in fact did. To be honest I dont appreciate how many times they treated me badly after being a loyal member for soo long. They earned alot of money from my loan products for quite some time and I hated feeling like they were doing me a favor. A very poor excuse for a credit union. If you want to not feel wanted or that your money is safe put it here.
Dont get a loan from Team One. They are not your friend and will not work with you in any way. All they want is your money no matter what you situation is. If you want a good Credit Union, one that has great customer support, contact FinancialEdge.
my wife and I attempted to open an account today(10-1-09). Told to wait by receptionist. After ten minutes, I asked whether anyone knew we were waiting. Told only one person does this and they were busy. We decided to take our business elsewhere. Do NOT patronize this credit union if you want good customer service. Go elsewhere.
