Great group of ppl. Team One has really been there for me.🫶
Very disappointed in direct deposit times. Paycheck is split between different credit unions and team one is always the longest to release funds. Funds are available in other credit unions up to 6 hours earlier than Team One. Funds are typically not added to your account until 9am, while funds are available in my other two credit unions by 3am. Very frustrating.
I’ve been banking at this location for 38 years and I’ve had the best experience. Lisha Lanehart & Shawna Sims have the best, kindest, understanding woman I’ve ever worked with. It’s heartwarming when you work with people who actually care about their members
Great Credit Union to be with. The staff are very helpful. They have coffee/ water for you while your there.
