I drove 2 hrs to get there just to find out the manager was not there and cannot assess my trade and now we received my approval and it required a trade-in so they literally would not sell me the car just because they weren’t staffed. I asked if they would accept my credit union financing and they refused to sign up for free to be in the network and also wouldn’t take my capital one financing either..
