My vehicle was in worse shape than when I I brought it in back in October. I would highly recommend that you not take your vehicle here.. They kept my vehicle for a week and charged me a large amount of money which I could not get back nor did they want to make it right I would give you more particulars and give them zero stars But it is not possible, they were dishonest. RecommendedI was referred to Team-One for my Smart Fortwo by a mechanic. They performed excellent work on the car and I was impressed with how their staff interacted with customers as I waited.
EDIT: TEAM One does quality work and has a dedicated team (which is why I was happy to pay for the first repair despite the continued issue) and has since contacted me and refunded the $100 diagnostic fee. I paid $1200 to have my vehicle repaired. They didn't repair it and I had to have it towed back to my home. I used their "towing service" Technet Roadside Assistance. I had to pay for my tow up front and I submitted a reimbursement claim on Mach 10th. It's now May 15th and I'm still fighting for my reimbursement.
Very professional and quick turn around on my 2014 Subaru forester transmission. Larry was very informative and easy to do business with. If you need your Subaru worked on and don't want to wait on the Subaru dealer, I highly recommend Team One.
