Very disappointed at management here. I paid for a full diagnosis because my engine light was on and they only ran a scan, found 3 error codes and asked me to go to a Ford dealership for a system update. In theory, something else could still be causing the problem but they decided not to rule out any other problems even when I paid for this. I've been working with this Nissan since 2017 and have had a pretty good experience most of the time as far as customer service goes everyone’s been friendly and informative, after this last visit though I was blown away at the 1200$ quote given to me for a engine cooling fan replacement after doing my research I found out i can easily replace the fan myself in 30min-1hr and 80$ for the cooling fan.
