Will never go back for service again. I have a full coverage warranty on my vehicle with no deductible. Third time I brought it there for same issue. They then made me pay a shop fee that they said the warranty company wouldn't cover. What is the sense of not having a deductible. Service Manager was rude on the phone and pretty much said authorize the fee or take it somewhere else so I will.
Scheduled an appt online. Simple oil change. They had full availability. About 45 min after the designated time, and after me complaining, they finally bring it in. I get a message with a link to their progress, basically they entered it into the system, so 0% done, cool. The message also says "After inspecting your vehicle, TEAM NISSAN, INC. recommends additional services be completed." which is amazing considering it hadn't been looked at yet! Fantastic experience with Nissan Manchester. Great sales team. Christine was very personable and friendly to work with. The test drive was easy, the facility great, and I wanted to stay and buy a new car! Thanks for making it easy and quick! Highly recommend!
