I went to Team Nissan of Oxnard because my car was making a weird creaking noise underneath, and I honestly thought it might be something serious. When I got there, Roberto Reyes helped me out and right away made me feel like everything was going to be okay. He was really easy to talk to and kept me updated the whole time, which I really appreciated. After a few days, everything was taken care of and my car is running great now.
