Truck #965, Solo dump heading northbound on i405 in bothell totally disregarding traffic laws. He was on a call holding his phone to his ear. Started to veer into my lane with a car on my right almost hitting me if I had not sped up to avoid getting hit. You guys need to train your drivers on the laws of the road. Just dealt with one of your idiot drivers in Bellevue, he's hauling doubles of concrete but blocking my only option to get off a single access in/out road where I am leaving from in my flatbed truck of 26' length. Several people were honking and screaming at your driver's stupidity and complete disregard for others using the road.
