Brought in my CX9 for an issue that had been driving us crazy. Check in process in was simple, staff were polite and professional. There was an odd popping noise when the vehicle would hit the smallest bump or when turning. It seemed to be coming from above the left front tire or steering column. I wouldn’t recommend using the service department at Team Mazda. I brought a Mazda SUV with a reoccurring issue where the vehicle is experiencing low oil levels between oil changes. Both times they blamed the oil change for the low oil (completed by another Mazda dealership and then a popular shop in town). Even after showing evidence that the oil is decreasing over 2-3 months after the oil change they claimed that the only way to find the issue is to have an oil change completed by them then seeing if it happens for a third... read more
