My fiancée and I read some reviews about how poorly the Matus family treats remnants but decided to go ahead and see for ourselves. When my fiancée asked for specific square footage info and why two houses with very different square footage and floor plans had the same rent the owner shrugged her shoulders as if to say tough that's the ways it is and didn't appear to have any knowledge of the info we needed. The indifferent attitude convinced us we were also in the wrong place.
