Been coming here for a year now, I love Freddy, he’s an amazing coach. He’s humorous, encouraging and just an overall great teacher, he explains certain moves that can be hard to grasp with much clarity. Ive learned so much, improved in moves, and lost 10 lbs!. I used to feel super nervous coming in the beginning but the people who come are also great. Freddy and Chris create a great environment for everyone no matter the age. If you’re thinking about joining, do it! 🩷🩷
Highly recommended, especially for beginners. They dedicate the time needed to grasp the fundamentals. Freddy and the children's coach are both great!
