Team Manu is an amazing gym that teaches authentic martial arts. From grappling to striking, Manu is a champion/veteran practitioner and a seasoned coach that our family respects highly. My husband and 7 year old son have been attending this gym for about a year after moving to Georgia and Team Manu has very much made us feel at home. Sensei Manu invests into his team both through physical growth as well as mental guidance.
