Premier was fantastic to work with. My loan officer Veronica was incredibly polite and professional, and had no problem answering any questions I had regarding my loan or calculating our loan options for me. I was skeptical to work with a local lender vs the big National VA lenders everyone tends to use, but the rate Premier offered me was extremely competitive, they beat out the big VA lenders by a point or more. Do not hesitate to use Premier, I would recommend them to anyone after my first experience with them.
They were professional and explained everything to the t. Very detailed and caring. Made us feel very comfortable with the whole process.
Team Mandi is the best at what they do !!! We need help in a bad way the lender we started are home buying journey with had us jumping through all sorts of hoops offering us credits and stuff that we didn't even qualify for. Made it super easy purchasing my first home, staff was always available and literally walk us through it. I thought it was going to be extremely stressful and complicated and working with them it was completely the opposite in fact not one time did that happen where I felt overwhelmed.
