Sophia was amazing. We are a military family moving to the area from out of state and couldn’t be there in person to tour properties. Sophia went to every home we asked and provided detailed video for each one. She left nothing out. She gave us insight that we couldn’t get through a video chat. She told us the noises she heard and the smells she smelled. She went above and beyond for us and we are truly grateful. She helped us find the perfect place for us. My husband and I moved across the country from the East Coast and the team really went above and beyond to help us out! They video-toured a bunch of houses all over the area for us and made sure to narrate everything they saw. They also made sure our offer was competitive on the house we wanted. Would definitely tell friends to use this team if they’re moving around here.

Togasii was an absolute PLEASURE to work with. Him and his team were thorough, communicative and professional from beginning to end. As a mortgage loan professional I have worked with hundred of realtors however, Togasii and his team are the only ones I’ll be referring to in WA state. HIGHLY recommend!
