Brian is not an honest person and a shyster broker! Took $40 for an application fee and THEN told my friends, "Oh, by the way...we are firm on the price and although we're running a special of NO BROKER'S FEE until 3/15/14, you DO have to give us 2 MONTHS SECURITY because you have a dog." If my friends had known those 2 facts PRIOR to giving BRIAN there hard earned $40, they would not have filed an application for the apartment. He was dishonest and deceptive.
