At KUCHT, we do not believe this is the appropriate forum for issues of this nature, but we want to clarify the facts. Team Logistics (Fair Lawn, NJ) was recommended to us to temporarily store trailers during a warehouse transition. Following their instructions, we parked one trailer near their office, trusting the area was secure. Unfortunately, the trailer was later found forced open and 10 built-in refrigerator units were stolen. Team Logistics was recommended to us, and we used their service to store trailers during the transition between two of our warehouses. Their team instructed us to park one of our units in front of their office, in the back area of the complex. We followed their directions, trusting that the location was safe since it was directly in front of their staff.
