I made an appt online in which my requests were clearly established: TWO-strand twists, wash/retwist, on long hair. I verbally confirmed this upon arrival. I sat in this shop for over FOUR HOURS while this woman proceeded to place FOUR-strand twists in my hair. She didn't even put my part on the appropriate side-something I also confirmed while in the chair. My daughter had her appointment with Tishawna. She was very nervous. Initially, she wanted a different style, but had to go with another. Tishawna was great with her. She was kind, patient, and encouraging. We appreciated that, especially my daughter. She was nervous, afraid the braids would hurt, but they did not. We will definitely be back! This was a great experience.

I had such a great experience at this salon! I'm new to the loc journey and so glad that after the consultation I chose this shop. The vibes were positive from the moment I walked in. It was clean, welcoming, and beautifully maintained. Hannah was on time, incredibly friendly and made me feel comfortable the entire time. Desiree also helped with the mirco locs to keep the time at a minimum, which I really liked. She was also friendly, knowledgeable, and encouraging. Love the atmosphere and Derricka is the absolute best there is hands down. I may be her problem client but that’s okay 😂 because she educates me and constantly giving me advice on what I can do to keep my locs healthy and what not to do. If you ever need a goddess to touch your crown she or anyone in the shop will bless you. ❤️
