I made an appt online in which my requests were clearly established: TWO-strand twists, wash/retwist, on long hair. I verbally confirmed this upon arrival. I sat in this shop for over FOUR HOURS while this woman proceeded to place FOUR-strand twists in my hair. She didn't even put my part on the appropriate side-something I also confirmed while in the chair.
