I started taking Muay Thai classes a few months ago, along with my husband, and it has been a great experience. Coach Raul, the owner Marco Alvan, and everyone there are knowledgable and very supportive. The classes are tough, but in the best way! I would definitely recommend this gym to beginners or experienced practitioners. Happy to be part of the team!
Overall great team. Staff/community are very supportive and very respectful. I am one of the only female white belts that train on the days I’m in. Coach Brian and Coach Sam are extremely respectful. Coach Alvan and Marcelo are very responsive with communication. The gym is very clean. Great location if you want to get a run/walk in before class. Os professors são muito respeitosos. A academia é muito limpa. Sou única mulher faixa branca nos dias que treino e sinto confortável e respeitado. A galera é gente boa.
